What is the minimum order and shipping fee?
We are a boutique publisher, so to share shipping costs the minimum order is 3 books. Shipping is 99.90 TL on orders under 1,000 TL, and free on orders of 1,000 TL and above.
When is my order shipped?
Orders are usually handed to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You are notified by e-mail when your order is shipped and when it is delivered.
Are prices tax included?
Yes. Books carry 0% VAT and the displayed prices are final; there are no extra charges at checkout.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely by credit or debit card (via the iyzico infrastructure) or by bank transfer (havale/EFT).
Can I return a book or cancel my order?

Do books ship directly from the publisher?
Yes. Every book is sent directly by KAPLUMBaA Kitap, the publisher.
