'by the time i finished writing this back-cover note sırrı had nearly written his second book. i can't tell whether we're a little stingy or sırrı's a little scattered. poems that wear their clothes loose, walk fast, written before the sweat cooled. sorry — we weren't supposed to write this sort of thing, were we. never mind… just this once, and not once-only either but a mobilisation of a book, if it turns out that way…'
